ToLeave

ToLeave

The origin story

ToLeave started on a whiteboard.

Before it became an app, ToLeave was a daily execution ritual inside Fresh Tech Solutionz. We wrote what had to get done before we left, crossed it off in public, and ended the day with visible progress.

The list was public.

Everyone could see what needed to get done before we left for the day.

The accountability was real.

If it was on the To Leave List, it had to move or be handled intentionally.

The wins were visible.

Crossing items off created progress the whole team could see and feel.

The moment we understood its value

When we lost the board, we felt the difference.

A new office meant fewer writable walls and no giant list staring back at us. At first, that seemed minor.

Then tasks started living in people’s heads, messages, notebooks, and random conversations. Accountability got quieter and the day stopped feeling finished.

The old To Leave List had done more than organize work. It created focus, closure, and a clear reason to stop.

Why we built ToLeave

Busy people do not need another endless list.

They need a place to decide what matters today, capture everything else, recognize progress, close open loops, and leave with a clear plan for tomorrow.

ToLeave was built from a real operating habit for people who need to execute, then exit.
