These terms explain how ToLeave may be used and how accounts, subscriptions, cancellations, and platform content are handled.

Use of ToLeave

ToLeave is a daily execution and closeout tool designed to help busy professionals, business owners, and founders organize priorities, capture open items, track wins, carry over unfinished work, and maintain a record of daily progress.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

User Content

You own the tasks, notes, wins, captured thoughts, history, and other content you create inside ToLeave.

Subscriptions and Billing

ToLeave may offer a free trial and a paid monthly subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Lifetime Access Codes

Valid lifetime access should not require an active monthly subscription for normal individual use of ToLeave.

No Professional Advice

ToLeave is an organizational and productivity tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.

Platform Changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features over time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload malicious content, or use ToLeave for unlawful activity.

Support

We aim to respond to standard support requests within one to two business days.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms as ToLeave evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
