We collect account details such as your name, email address, profile information, subscription status, and the content you create inside ToLeave, including tasks, wins, Clear Your Head entries, closeout reports, and progress history.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate ToLeave, save your daily progress, manage your account, process subscriptions, improve the product, and provide customer support.
Your Content
Your private execution data is not sold. Your tasks, wins, notes, captured thoughts, and history are used to provide the ToLeave experience to your account.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. ToLeave does not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Data Ownership
You own the content you create inside ToLeave. Available export features may be used to save your daily records and reports.
Support Access
If support is requested, limited account information may be reviewed to troubleshoot issues. Private user content is reviewed only when needed to resolve a specific support request or platform issue.
AI Features
AI-powered features may use the information needed to provide coaching or recommendations inside ToLeave. We will explain material changes to how these features use data.
Cancellation and Data
If you cancel your subscription, your account access may change depending on your plan status. We may retain account records and user-created data for operational, legal, or support purposes unless deletion is requested and permitted by law.
